Probably not. I moved from Toronto to Halton and my office stayed as Scarborough, didn't move to Hamilton etc. That being said, there's no real predictability on how IRCC works

I have my oath on 7th and might need to travel on 13th. Any suggestions if this is feasible in terms of receiving certificate / applying for express passport?

While it is frustrating to see the lack of structure in the process, that is sadly the reality of how IRCC works. Hang in there - it'll all work out eventually

Closing the loop on this. Birth certificate came in on Feb 10th. All set now

Thanks for that breakdown, it's very helpful. I wonder if processing office matters. Regardless, it's comforting to know that I'm not yet an outlier. Unfortunate to hear though that others may be waiting like me.

took the test of Jan 14th, BG verification was done on Dec 21. No news since then on the rest. Is this normal? I'm seeing varied levels of timings for next steps on the tracker
