Yes from North York. I’ve only had AOR and then background check complete update on 12th May and absolutely nothing else after that.

What’s next after AOR? Background check? Then a citizenship test date? Anyone speculating how long each of those take with current trends?

Also curious about this, also if anyone knows on average how long after the AOR do they request a test and how long do we have to prepare for it?

National identity document, passport, funds, employment letter, consent personal information and any additional documents. It doesn’t ask for letter of invitation and proof of relationship. I’m wondering if I should skip those or add them joined in the additional docs upload.

Applying for TRV for my mother, it doesn’t ask me for proof of relationship and a letter of invitation? Should I still send these or just leave it? I’m guessing these upload boxes are generated as per the answers provided and if it’s not asking for it then why add it? Or is it safer to just do it?

Yes. Looks like there’s no action at all nowadays. It got slower after April. The 6-7 month timelines are gone even for straight forward applications.

Received prearrival email on 9th March waiting for PPR or Re-medical. How do you know when your BGC started?

It should say “You passed the medical exam” on GCKey as well. I personally can’t tell what text changes when eligibility is compete and background check is in progress. If any one with knowledge can please describe?

Ok. What did your eligibility section say when you got the prearrival email? I got mine on 9th March and have been waiting on DM. MyCIC still says eligibility under review and BGC “We are processing your background check”. I just want to be sure I’m not missing anything.
