Your question is confusing, your visa may be approved but you cannot enter the country without the Visa stamp on passport

i got my pr card 1 month back through express entry, i have 2 questions - 1. can i renunciate my pr? if yes what is the process? 2. after renunciation can i apply again in future? if yes what are the restrictions? thanks
