If, by any chance, your problem is that you click over the arrow pointing down and no file appears, there's actually a lag to it. Just wait about 5s after clicking. That happened to me at least.

Same case here, and I'm from Brazil. Like they said in the other comments above, it must vary considerably from country to country and probably not on a first-come first-served logic.. We'll just have to wait I suppose.. Worse part is not being able to call them from outside of Canada.
