If you have married officially, not just gf/gf, you must let cic knows,even though if you are not sponsering your wife. That is what cic needs to know. Chances cic will figure out you have married during background check is high,and it wont look good if they figure this out before you tell...

22 Feb 2017, just got my medical passed after provided 2 month ago. Nothing after that, my bowp is about to end in 20 days and haven't got that one either updated.

Same with me, I called cic. I am told this automatically generated by system, they are aware of this and if you have got confirmation they have your proof of medical, then ignore this message.

I just got off the phone with agent. He said " they are assessing medicals so this message is safe to ignore" he also confirmed this is computer generated message .
