Read the email that was sent by GET GCMS. All your questions should have been answered in that email. It is pretty exhaustive.

I requested from GET GCMS because of their excellent service. I received them in 40 days. I request CSIS and CBSA at the same time. The CSIS came earlier because CSIS had not started the security checks, so nothing was available.

The March end and April early GCMS notes are delayed. You will get it soon. If your application is at the final stage, then you may receive PPR before the GCMS.

That is one of the main reasons. My GCMS notes were delayed too when I was under SS. Received mine after 90 days. Thankful to GET GCMS guys, they filed a complaint with the Information Commissioner of Canada, without which the notes would have never come. You will just have to wait it out.

If your BGC has not started, most likely you are not under SS. Don't panic.
