Hello everyone, Sorry forgot to update. On Dec 16 2019 I received a notice to appear for test. Today Jan 15 2020 was the test. Test Passed 20/20. No interview was conducted (mississauga). Awaiting change on ECAS and notice of oath. Thanks.

Good to see Oct 2018 applicants getting test calls now.. I assume there will be another delay for oaths as the test backlog moves to oath ceremony.

This is why they leave the 80% caveat there. I also called IRCC a month ago and was told that its ok its under 12 months and that the Mississauga test centre will send an invite when they have capacity. Similar to the other gentleman, my PR is also near expiration but I have till May 2020...
