Hello Uday I can't say for sure what is the reason for the delay but in my case it took around a month from sending the documents to getting the PPR. Perhaps they have more workload now? I don't see what else could be the reason for this.

If they were to accept it as a diploma even then your points would increase though so it doesnt have to be two degrees.

Definitely will not be two bachelors degree's because ACCA members / affiliates are considered to hold a 4 years bachelors degree and the other degree comes from the BSc. The diploma would be at best considered a diploma although I am not sure whether they accept it or not.
