No you don't need to send Hard copies . You will be required to submit it there once you join there. All you need to do as of now is that in your application account you need to upload all documents in PDF format

Upload both the docs as someone in the forum has faced the problem as he had uploaded only one doc. Upload with regional language and also with translated version in English

No dont apply most likely your visa will be rejected. there are lot of cases with gap for whom the visas are rejected. Research more before applying . Try to apply for PR if you wish to move there and study .

You should apply for PR buddy. you GAP after your post grad is more . only option you have is to apply for masters or apply for PR.
