Just adding some more info... besides the fact that every month with the second round before 19th having a third round, the 3rd rounds happened on 19th, 25th, 27th, 29th and 30th (never 31st). 27th is a Saturday, so I'm betting on 29th or 30th if it's going to happen this month. Another...

I've just checked the historical data and since January 2016, all the times the second round happened before the 19th there was a third round in the same month. We should expect one in less than a week. I'm in the pool with 446 points.
