My test invitation email came 2 days prior the test window. so you can expect it anytime now.

Received an invitation email 2 days before the test window started. And the test window is 21 days. So you can pass your test at any day during this period. .

Today got an update in my tracker (no email notification) to take a citizenship test. I'm February 18 paper applicant.

Did you try to check through the tracker if you application is in the system?(read comments above - very well explained). In any case you definitely should try to call them and ask for the application number...it might be already in the system, but for whatever reason the email didn't reach you.
