Am I supposed to get bank statements from different banks? Or just the bank which will show my POF

I strongly advise that you log into yor account, go to the Proof of Funds line on your checklist and click on the More Info (?) icon. They might have changed this, but when I applied this year, the extra information clearly stated applicants had to provide statements for ALL savings accounts...

    After Getting Visa Stamped

The fact that you are considering Toronto, Montreal and Mississauga, presumably after being approved for PR, shows you are not aware of some basic location conditions of whichever programme you applied through. Not all locations will be permissible for your programme. Before you start weighing...

LONDON Visa Office Applicants....Lets connect here

I'm pretty sure they said don't put a stamp on, unless that was for normal envelopes only. But obviously go with your PPR mail if it told you otherwise. For special delivery mine said you have to log the number - sounds like something you do when you pay and validate the envelope no? Am also at...

LONDON Visa Office Applicants....Lets connect here

Hi all. Congrats to recent PPRs. I assume most or all people on this thread are having their file reviewed in this office. But is anyone on the thread waiting specifically for COPR from LVO? Would be interested in the kind of wait times to expect.

May AOR 2017 - Join here.

Unless you had a background in progress message before that not applicable message, it may well be IP1.

May AOR 2017 - Join here.

The background statement alone isn't enough to indicate IP1/IP2, usually people speculate based on a pattern of changes e.g. in progress, then NA then back to in progress. So based on this info it's not possible to guess...only yhat some type of background check is ongoing!

How do they count 90 days?

Do you mean 12.00am UK time (based on your avatar)? I would Google it to be sure, but I think so. Think the UTC means universal something?

How do they count 90 days?

Your ITA letter will have the precise date and time (and timezone) your 90 days expire.

Yeah, I can see what you're saying. Without being there and seeing what's actually going on, who knows. Still, all numbers are relative, and these figures can only be understood against data about just how many are applying in the first place. % not raw numbers alone if you see what I mean.

Well, maybe some people were able to get all the information provided, in the EXACT format requested, all in one go. Or theie job had a NOC which was a perfect match. It's about removing as many hurdles to acceptance or reasons for extra scrutiny or review as possible I suppose. Or, those...

    Help on status change

I don't know of anyone whose eligibility status ever changed, except perhaps after COPR was granted. Mine remains 'under review' technically but I have received PPR. Another example - many/all PPR recipients have their IP2 text still in when they receive PPR.

    Help on status change

The AOR > Med > IP1 > NA2 > (eligibility) > IP2 is not set in stone (and has only ever been anecdotal); do not get hung up on this if your application doesn't fit this 100%. It's probably going to be fine.

Change of Visa Office after PPR - Help!!!! Advice Needed

If you're sending e-mails, ensure they are marked Urgent in the subject line to maximise chances of a speedy response. The out-of-office response from the contact e-mail in your PPR should explain the response times for urgent/non-urgent e-mails, but staff will be inundated with messages to...

After PPR: visa countries get a passport stamp, visa-exempt countries get...what?

Hey, As it says in the title really. PPR instructions require mailing of actual passports from countries on the visa-needed list, whilst visa-exempt nationals need only send passport photocopies. Physical passports get stamped, because IRCC has your actual passport. Makes sense. But what do...

I don't know about immitracker but you can certainly don't have to have a Canadian address - you have to do it via a third party however. I can't remember the website but @legalfalcon has the link in their signature. Try that :)

Any way to confirm that PR application has been submitted?

If I recall correctly, the online account has a messages section and it is there that you should see an 'acknowledgement of receipt', commonly referred to here as your AOR. I don't remember getting an e-mail for the application submission, only for any receipts related to upfront payments.

Hey all, Received my PPR! A bit of a surprise as I expected to be waiting a bit longer, but a most welcome one and I'm feeling really grateful to have reached this point, to have these life opportunities open to me. Congratulations to everyone else who got PPR very recently; those still...

    PPR email with UCI number

I noticed the same thing with my PPR e-mail but didn't think anything of it - I didn't realise it might be a problem! I hope the 30-day limit restarts with the issue of the new e-mail, if it comes to that...
