No. I opted to complete 1 year diploma instead of 6 months. Waiting for hard copy of marksheets and diploma. Will be applying for assessment soon.

Another round of EE draw got out just now at 440. I am new here. Just a guess or call it a fluke. Last draw was on June 28 and then Ontario started issuing NOI's. May be they were waiting for next draw to happen.

Don't worry. I sent the documents on 11 Apr and they received on 12-Apr. But they have not yet acknowledged. I called then yesterday and they said they have a backlog of 2 weeks. So, you have to wait apparently.
