It's clearly indicated that you need to provide a bank certificate for every bank account you have. It should also clarify any liability you may have. If you just present the saving account details, how will they know where the money is from?

If you have stayed for six months or longer in a row in one place then you need to get a police certificate from there. If you stayed less than six months every period then no need.

Yes it is possible, if in any way it doesn't meet the criteria. In case of refusal, all fees paid will be refunded. This is exactly what's written on the AOR letter.
