That is correct. My wife and I have received both pages.

They might ask you for bank statements of the past 6 or even 12 months. But if you can prove that these funds are work related or it was yours and not given by a third party, it shouldn't be a problem.

I've read a case of an applicant that provided an affidavit as the work experience letter, with the same content that is required and he got through. You can read more about this and try to provide that along with the documents mentioned. If I find that case's thread I will post it here.

Even though I've read about successful applicants that removed his/hers spouse's foreign work experience and explained on the LOE, my immigration consultant advised me to go ahead and provide the required documents, so I did, which made me spend more money on translations but I decided to play safe.

You will probably have to prove that the money is yours and not given by a third party.
