My online status was 'decision made' for about 1.5 months but all of a sudden it changed to 'In progress' again! Has anyone seen this happening in the past?

It's not in the checklist and I did not send it by my application, but you can if you want to. How that speed up your application I don't know.

So after 'In Progress' status I should see the 'Decision Made' status and then I should expect to receive the oath letter? Or 'Decision Made' and oath letter are usually at the same time?

I've done may citizenship exam and received the results on the same day, however I don't understand the 'decision made' status which people are talking about. Is it the same as getting the test result or that's a different thing?

I've received a similar letter but it doesn't have the last item about the 'translated stamps'!! So should I translate the stamps in this case?

I have my citizenship exam scheduled in a couple of weeks and the letter from CIC says bring the original copy of the documents in the checklist. I know that this is a case by case question and depends on the office processing the application but anyone knows how long it roughly takes to take the oath after the citizenship test in Toronto office? MNy exam is schedule for in one week (mid June)
