I don't know if you have insurance in the country you are from, but sometimes insurance companies that you already have will pay a certain amount while you are abroad. My insurance company pays 90% of everything here in canada (my insurance is from the USA).

To me it just looks like your work permit got approved and expires on 06/13/2019. It doesn't look like it has anything to do with your sponsorship. I got the same type of message when i was approved for 1 year extension. It had nothing to do with the sponsorship, it just means I got approved to...

Do you know what part of the passport are the amendment papers?

I have no idea that's what I'm trying to figure out too. I'm pretty sure the amendment pages are at the back and i THINK it's to see if any notes are written there but I'm not sure. I'm hoping someone can clarify for us
