I applied on feb. 28th and NDVO started processing my application on May 8th. If you applied with the new package the process can't exceed12 months. I don't know where they got the 16 months from. Looking at other people's timeline, the average is 6 months. So that's why I said expect something...

Most likely you will hear something in August. They're clearing out January applications at the moment and have picked up some February applications too. I know it feels a long time but in reality isn't, if we look from their point of view. So hang in there :) God willing we'll hear something at...

My application's processing started 2 and half months ago too and we're hoping to hear something this or next month too as the process has gotten faster. That being said, 2 n 1/2 months ago my file & the OP's file reached Delhi. We didn't apply 2 months ago. We applied 5 months ago.

Yes their files were sent to NDVO, the applicants I mentioned. I'm aware of January applicants not getting the medical request yet. The medical issue is only happening to January applicants. But except for few, most applicants in my February thread already got their medical request.

Two Feb applicants did get DM's actually. Also, since march, Mississauga has started doing some processing of the PA's part too. Another applicant who initially filed in February (file got returned) and then in April got DM too. But then again Since January applicants started using the new...
