Thanks for the reply. But the issue is that I dont have the new passport in hand yet . If the PPR comes before I can raise the CSE, then will I have to co-ordinate with local VO or CPC. I dont suppose there is any merit in sending them a CSE advicing of the impending passport updation , would you.

Hi, I was wondering when is the RPRF request triggered. Is it when the case office begins background and security checks or is it when the file reaches the Visa officer for final decisions.

Could any of the recent applicants please advice the present timelines for an Indian staying in UAE to receive a PCC from India through BLS. Option of getting pre clearance doesnt seem to be available /not advised by BLS anymore. BLS has confirmed that they need 40 working days even today.
