I agree. When i took the oath in April the guest section seemed to be full. I only brought two persons with me and it was obviously ok however you might be lucky and not so many people will attend that day.

If you got plans to travel (leave Canada) go ahead, if not wait a little, you should have you oath invite soon. You will save that money.

Did any you guys get an invitation for oath ceremony in Mtl for April 12th? they usually send the invitation letter 2 weeks before the ceremony takes place. I'd like to be more optimistic but this is very typical from this office.;)

In our case test passed on Feb 7th and DM on Feb 9th however my wife is still IP and both waiting for oath invite. Mtl office very quiet lately. Just wait... no choice

Very quiet Mtl office. DM since Feb 9th and waiting. They haven’t even scheduled ceremonies for April (except for Notre Dame De Grace). Let’s give them some time.

Just for curiosity I went to cic website (find a ceremony date/place) and it shows ceremonies scheduled for 2017 not 2018. Am I on the wrong page? Has anyone checked it out recently a ceremony date for Montreal? Let me know if you see the same dates...

You are not the only ones guys, I took the test on Feb 7th together with my wife however I got DM two days later and she is still IP.

Me neither. I do not see any oath ceremony scheduled for April yet (DM since Feb 7th).
