I am not sure about this. If the institute is recognized when you took the admission and when the diploma was awarded, as per my opinion it should be a positive outcome.

I am not sure, because I never opened the envelope. I received that from SCDL and sent that to ICAS. As result was positive I assume that SCDL sent me the transcripts and not the general letter.

Please review my answer provided on the same topic on same question in this thread.

Have put the process on hold for some time, have not applied for EE or PNP. As ECA is valid for 5 years, can try later on.

Hi, I sent my SCDL diploma to ICAS of Canada and they have recognized the diploma. The equivalency in Canada is "Post Bachelors Diploma" and duration of program is mentioned as "Distance Education". I thinks IQAS also recognizes the SCDL diploma and their time for assessment is also less...

I got it done from ICAS. I am not sure about the your bachelors. However if the transcripts are in a sealed envelope and stamped by university officials , it shouldn't be any issue. Because in general ICAS/ IQAS/ WES they require transcripts in a sealed envelope directly from university.
