Hey my tracker got activated today but there seems to be two labels for the same tracking number. The new one is from gatineau,pq. I used fedex. Did someone had similar issues and is my pp in safe hands . My PP was delievered on 1st August and approved on 24th August(on cic portal).

How are you guys calling from USA to the toll free number in Canada ? I am waiting for the passport too. PPR request 28th July and passport delivered on 01st August. Haven't heard back anything since then. Just wanted to call them and check on which stage has it reached.

I am in the same boat, I have never visited Canada and currently residing in USA. I too received this request today. Not sure what to do right now. Neither the request sent to me contains details of why I need to submit the RCMP criminal check.
