Does anyone know why do some people get their background check done before test and other don’t?? whats the reason behind it tho?? I noticed those who got it done before the test, their applications move faster.

That's so unfair to the baby first then his parents . A baby should should be granted a visa easily if his parents have a legal status in canada.
