Citizenship application closed. Took oath on the 12th June and certificate arrived last week.

Why do you think background verification can be stuck for long? It seems the thing that is finished first usually. I'm asking because my husband has his stuck "in progress" and he applied in September so I'm wondering if this is more common than I thought?

I wouldn't request to view files now. This timeline seems very normal, and matches many others. It was two months between my background check completed and my test date.

Can someone please advice about the interview date? I see in the tracking sheet that most people who took the test also got an interview date. Does this happen before or after the test? I just got a test invite without an interview date so I was wondering if it happens immedietely after the test...

I'm sorry I'm revisiting the barcode issues as I haven't found answers anywhere. Our application is validated but doesn't generate a barcode. We can printed without a problem. Anybody was able to resolve the barcode issue?
