Did you obtain your FBI PCC from channeller prior to your rejection? And you are saying you didn't even provide FBI PCC so which one did you provide then???

I think its better to ask Canada Fingerprinting Services that which channeller are you using to get FBI Report and then confirm with FBI itself. Also anybody called and verified the report received through Channeller?

Why will the report be not accepted by IRCC? IRCC should not only be concern of getting the Police Clearance Certificate? Isnt the report issued by authorised channeller is legit? Is there any case where IRCC did not accepted the report issued by channeller? Sorry bro, too many questions...
