My background check is finally in process thanks to dear Ankara office. And I guess my assumption was correct. So when you are asked to send an additional document, they give you a deadline for submission and they wait until that deadline. ( that's possibly because they put your file on hold...

Hi everyone, Does the sponsor have to attend to the interview if I am called for it? Or is it only for the PA? My husband will fly to Canada two weeks later. So if there will be an interview and he has to attend, he must fly back to Turkey. And that would be very costly.

Yeah, I checked the email that my sponsor got, it specifically tells the location of the visa office. Where is your application now? I mean if it not in the PA's country's visa office, where does it go?
