    I don't think they are clearing the backlog in order, 10 days ago they sent Oath to one person "his DM was Sep10th" which means they sent Oath for people who got their DM in Sep before people who got their DM in August

    When did all completed? Did you check the application status in ecas? is it "Decision Made" or "In Progress"

    Did you submit those documents ? Did you get the PPR or any response after submission ?
