I think so, because HK is visa exempted.

It is quite late, for Hong Kong I think it is something like this: You first get a pre-arrival notice then after one week you get your bgc in process and another week you get DM and finally a week after you get PPR.

I am March applicant, just received ppr.

We are almost in the same situation, but I got DM one week after the service notice, still the background check is in process, and no passport request. My idea is since we have waited for that much long it really doesn't matter a couple of days or weeks.

I think this only apply for those from visa exemption countries, am I right?
