Guys, I am a 18th July AOR. Received ADR on 08th August, which I submitted on 14th August. My status hasn't changed yet as it shows BG to be initiated and I'd be informed once they start it. My question is; Do they really inform once they start the BG check?

Dear @KedarG, Yes. Mine & wife's medicals got cleared on 9th day of submission as well. Yes. The time frame is same, but depends on case to case. Looking forward to seeing the next update from CIC. Yes. Lets keep each other updated. BTW, does G mean Gosavi?

Hi! I am an Indian from Qatar. They charge an exorbitant fee of approx.355 USD here. Whereas, the same costs around 240 USD in UAE. There's a vast difference in the fee charged everywhere. I think it shouldn't cost more than 75 USD in India.

You don't have to decline. You have 90 days to accept the ITA. My suggestion, keep all the necessary documents ready and accept the ITA the day you complete 1 year. Quite simple!!!
