In application IMM5540, does the salary amount for the main applicant (in canada) might affect the PR decision for the spouse's out of Canada?

I found in my credit card statement last month , a refund amount from "Citizenship & IMM -Ottawa" for $85. I already paid the biometrics fees more than 1 year ago with the PR fees. if that is the biometrics fees, i'm worried why they are returning it back to me!!? Anyone experience the same here?

Anyone has an answer for that question?

no i didn't issue a transit visa for china, it is not required. i don't have the PR card as well.

ok guys, i had a successful trip, after i got the visa from Ottawa consulate (mail or person) Toronto to Kuala Lumpur , via CAN (china) China southern airlines. everything went ok, just make sure you have your return trip with you, and it shouldn't show a stay more than 30 days in Malaysia.
