this is so mind-blowingly disappointing... three days have passed, I've never even ever seen the real application page, every single time I clicked on the Case Number, it shows the "high volume, try later" page. Is there someone here in the same situation? I'm getting desperate.

Just to clarify, when the "high volume" or "experiencing difficulties" error shows up, should I go back to the previous page, or should I keep refreshing the error page? which one do you recommend according to your experience? Thank you

I think they're talking about the master stream, and you're talking about the human capital stream. As far as I understand, for a master stream applicant you don't need a NOI in advance
