Yeah ..I think you can inform CIC after marriage .in my case there was only a month left before COPR expiry when i got married .I don't know what will be the required steps CIC would suggest if you inform prior to marriage . Medicals and bio metrics as long its from a CIC authorised center...

Nop.... i just had to upload documents of wife and medical tests for both . Points was not recalculated .Please go through my initial posts in this discussion for the documents requested by CIC

Mine was very similar case.My marriage was on feb 23rd and ppr expiry was march 31st . as long as you inform them you are on safe side i think.

I think both options has its risks . In the first option there may be significant delays in sponsoring your wife after you land in canada. I have seen people who were able to do it in 6 months .But its case by case and we cant predict how long will it take . Option 2 is what i went through and...

oh ok..thats strange .as for me that option was enabled and i could upload documents requested by them . if you are submitting a webform then u can upload it along with that as well . drop a msg to CIC that would be best bet...

sorry for the delay ..this is the document name i used 'imm0008enu_2d' ,i think i downloaded it from forms download page of CIC. I completed it from my perspective and in that form where i had to add details of wife i added that . both mine and spouse details were asked in that doc .

Nop ..in my case they didn't ask for biometric of neither myself nor wife . So we didn't do that or made any fee payment for it

yeah...it showed medical passed after the hospital ppl uploaded the medical test report . Got a ghost update and PPR was issued few days after that

its not a big deal i think..jus check with the hospital if they have send the medical test reports to CIC ... emedical receipt is not very important i feel

Sorry for late reply ...dont know why mails were going to spam folder . I submitted the request letter from CIC at VFS . VFS has the passport transmission services , so have to do only that ..no other seperate procedure ..it took me arnd 3-4 weeks to get passport back after COPR cancellation

so regarding passport submission both mine and wife passport will be required right ? in the ppr letter they have addressed only primary applicant ,they havent mentioned anything about my wife . from this statement i believe both passports has to be submitted .. 2) Photographs Please provide two...

Hi guys ...i have a small doubt ,may appear bit dumb ...my wife will be having full work rights as a PR holder in Canada right ? since while adding her as a dependant they never asked any of her education /language certificates. So just had this small doubt ...please clarify if possible

Am not exactly sure how many days it close .approx 2 weeks after submitting documents i think . so ur COPR is not cancelled yet ?

Guys ..just now received my PPR . LVO was super quick in my case ..anyway maybe they r compensating for putting me in SS for an year . Anyways ...thank god ..everything went pretty smoothly...
