HI, I received the NOI on Feb 28th. But I see its just a letter of interest, without an acceptance button, or a unique ID. Is there any way I can link this letter to my One-key login?

Can we go the ITA way even after accepting the OINP-NOI? Like will I be in the running for the subsequent express entry draws, once I create the one-key, submit tthe docs and pay the 1.5K. Or will my profile be blocked in some way?

HI, Once we receive the OINP-NOI, can we wait for the 56th draw, or the 57th and after that, proceed to submit the docs for Ontario within the 45 days period. Or is it a First-come-first-serve, and the nominations cap may get filled up for Ontario by that time?
