OINP announced opening of Human Capital Priorities stream 12 or so hours ago. Its too early for someone getting NOIs. As per last years, it took atleast from 24 to 48 hours for the news to go viral on whatsapp and forums that people started getting NOI. Wise thing to do is to wait a day or two...
