Hi all - I did my ceremony on October 26th and still have not received my certificate (sent the singed oath on that day too, but my online status still shows the ceremony is in process). Do they send certificate after changing the status to complete?

Mine is the same. I am not entirely sure about the next steps but guessing we are both just waiting for an email for the oath letter

Congrats. I am in Calgary too and got a decision made shown in my account (but not sure which date as I was on vacation). i saw on the tracking sheet, there is a column for oath letter date, did you get that? Cheers

just curious if anyone had issues with taking the picture of your ID before the test? I tried so many times to take a legible ID but don't think it was clear. So gave up and uploaded the best one I can take

i tried webform but didnt get any Reponses. I remember when i was applying for PR a few years ago, they would at least sent a non-reply email indicating they have received your request.

at least you were able to speak to them. They couldnt provide any info on your app? they are in a mess sorting things out

Finally, mine is completed We received your application for a permanent resident card on January 7, 2019. We started processing your application on January 31, 2019. Your Permanent Resident card was sent by mail on February 11, 2019. I guess now is just to check my mailbox. Good luck everyone

Thanks KBO I called IRCC and they said PR Card was sent for production yesterday. I didnt receive AOR and only two lines shown under my application. We received your application for a permanent resident card on Jan 7, 2019. We started processing your application on Jan 31, 2019. Very strange
