It's for minor child only. We all have OCI and we plan to extend child e-via to OCI (already applied in Canada, will ship to India once received here). We have plan to stay more than 6 months.

Anyone here from Vancouver jurisdiction got OCI approval recently? I applied for minor application on Jan 8 and received acknowledgment on Jan 12. We are travelling to India on March 16. BLS said the processing is 3-4 months. Is that correct? I am trying to see the timeline with other cases.

We just got the passport and it has supervisa stamp (PG1). I applied using new portal from Canada. May be you mistakenly selected another option than supervisa?

I wonder how this happened? They must have made mistake or there is a glitch on new portal. You should raise web forms and call them. They should be able to resolve. You should apply for GCMS notes to get the full picture?

I have seen this with many applicants lately. I have also sent a passport for the stamping for my parents. Did this happen to any applicants from India?

Anyone recently sent a passport for supervisa stamping in India. I sent two packages for my parents and they went to the Chennai office. Any idea how long it takes once the passport reaches the CIC office?

After medical passed. But that was close to Christmas and Holidays season.

You should expect it soon. I applied on Nov 17 and got medical request on Nov 29 (Biometric was done for old application).
