Please do not take a taxi for your parents. Think about all the passengers that taxi driver will be driving all day and the next 14 days. Follow the advised recommendations even if they are inconvenient for you and minimize who your parents come in contact upon arrival.

These steps work for me every time: I use this link to log in - https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/account.html I log out after I am finished. And I almost always have to clear browser cache before logging in the next time. Hope this helps.

I see. SA stands for Sponsorship Approval? Would anyone know, do they send SA letter to my(sponsor's) email address? I assumed i was approved since they started working on my parent now.
