    It looks like the processing time has reduced significantly. I received AOR the end of July, just got approved last week. Anyway, good news for us all!

    Meaning the decision is made, most likely approved. It will not updated again until the card is mailed out, which is usually 2-3 days after DM, then your ECAS will show as complete. You can see a more real time update through MYCIC but ECAS is fine, just a day behind.

    I haven't received it yet. It just got mailed out last Thursday, I don't know where it shipped out from, probably arrive this Friday or next Monday I think.

    Check your AOR email again, it says on the subject line, starts with an R By the way, I just checked MyCIC status, saw a ghost update, should get DM within the next day or two then. Don't know when the card will be printed and mailed out, should be soon too.

    I'd sent a ATIP note request to see if the card actually shipped out. If it has, then it's definitely lost in mail. I am afraid, even it's lost in mail, you might have to apply again? I could be wrong, keep checking and calling IRCC.
