You have 1 year after the medicals to land in Canada, the same goes to all members of your family listed in the process.
To keep the PR status you'll have to stay in Canada for 2 years every 4 years, and to get citizenship will be 4 years in the last 6.

If you have the financial support and willing to learn french, you could try to receive a CSQ (Certificat de sélection du Québec or Quebec Selection Certificate) through the PEQ (Programme de l’Expérience Québécoise or Québec experience program).
Don't worry about that.
It takes a while but eventually it will be added. Keep in mind that sometimes the delay is only for the status page, maybe in EE systems it is already added and valid in your profile.
