    Our nightmare is not over, our file was sent back to Morocco to be processed but they haven't sent us the email to update our medical or police check. They haven't reopened it yet!! More waiting!!!

    Your lawyer will get what's called a bluebook. And then you will get a letter for Adr or full hearing. In the meantime gather all proofs of your marriage, chats, pics, money support, shared property, trip itinerary.

    We won our appeal June 24, 2019 and received our Notice of decision letter July 27, 2019 and now nothing. Ottawa said our file is in morocco and morocco says our file is in ottawa!! I'm so frustrated.
