Finally got the passports returned and stamped. Status is approved and background check is completed. Thanks everyone for help and hope everyone gets their process completed sooner.

Congratulations !!! It's almost done for you .... Do you need to do something with those services .. Or is it more like, if want to subscribe for those service?

Try calling CIC directly and see what are you options .. usually they need PCC for all countries ... check with Embassy and if they can get you police clearance.

Does any know what Pre-arrival services means? I got the message on my GCKey with Pre-Arrival Service letter... Do I need to do something with that? Or it's just for information?

Hi, It should be pretty soon.. I got the passport request email from them yesterday .. I did not had chance to check my status .. but it shows Decision Made now.

Finally got Medical Request yesterday. Looks like the process is moving ... hope you guys see some progress too .. I will update more as and when available.

I submitted PCC 2 months ago and GCKEY still shows "Your action is required" .. is this normal? Maybe when they get to work on file, it will get updated? Would it worth sending them email and checking with them?

ya .. that is strange .. we are seeing the odd things .. in my case, they only asked for PCC in October and no medical .. not sure, why they are not sticking to consistent process .. it's hard when you see 2015 and 2016 people are already landed and 2014 is still waiting...

I received PCC in September and submitted in in 3 weeks, nothing after that .. still waiting. The way processing is going not sure, how long it will take. I have friend whose file transferred to LVO India and he already got Medical Request .. Ottawa is really slow. Maybe when time is up renew...

No confirmation ... only received automatic reply ... still waiting for hear back... No medical request yet.

Also just make sure, attachment is under 5MB and in a format specified ...
