Unless your file is an year old, it will be a standard answer. But you can ask for the last note on your file. I called them yesterday and had a standard response.

My application received on 21 Aug 2017 and in process since October 5th 2017, no test invite yet. Called cic yesterday and they said my file on track. Anyone who hasn't received test invite yet? My local office is Kitchener/Waterloo. Any information will be of help! Thanks.

Any idea of delay times if I move to a different city in Ontario or move to Quebec?

My Application status moved from Application Received to Inprocess.

My application was delivered on 23rd feb, I received my AOR on March 3rd.

Received AOR today.

Anyone whose application delivered on or after 21st has received AOR yet?

Do I need to send photo copies of lease agreements or any documents as proof that I stayed at the addresses mentioned?

Thanks canmr, I became eligible on 18-Jan for citizenship. Today being 11-Feb, this would cover me for that 1 week? Just in case if I cannot arrange a letter/affidavit

Alex, Thanks again for your quick reply. I haven't received any mail(s) when I was at my friends place. I am thinking better to mention it. Only problem will be if immigration officer asks for any "proof of residency" for my stay at friends place.

Hello, I will be applying for Canadian Citizenship. I am looking for a clarification regarding language requirements. I took IELTS exam (GT) when I applied for PR in 2012. Can I use the same exam results when I apply for citizenship or do I have to give IELTS exam again?
