Update: The passport is with the courier on the way back to the applicant as in my spouse. In order for you to track it, call VFS and tell them the Tracking ID number that you were given and they will provide you with BlueDart Waybill number. Now input that Waybill number on bluedart's website...

Update: Got the Final Decision Made of Approved today, April 10. Now just waiting for the passport which is with High Commission in New Delhi.

Passport was submitted to VFS on March 23 and on March 26 it has been in New Delhi, in process. It's taking longer. Any other folks on the same sort of time-frame as us?

My wife got her pre-arrival email on March 15, and Passport Request on March 19 but there's no update regarding this on CIC website. Is this normal?

Sort of Off-Topic but how long after the Pre-Arrival Invitation, did you get the Passport request, if I may?

May 19th applicant here. On February 27, Background Status changed from Not Applicable to We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information. Today, March 14, we got an email for Pre-arrival invitation.
