    This rule is meant to cover people that have to go out of the country due to their jobs, like army deployed to another country, CBSA officers working abroad or embassy/consulate employees. I believe CIC will not count this period you were in India.

    Physical Presence forgot absence

    On his previous post he said he sent a presence calculation without his christmas trip, so it had over 1460 days. He is short one day when he add that trip, but CIC don't know about it yet.

    Re: Advuce needed guys! They don't control when you enter and leave Canada and revoke PR automatically. Maybe if the kid comes to visit the parent in Canada and the CBSA officer sends the information to CIC, but I don't think they would do that for a minor.

    Re: Advuce needed guys! 1- Since you already landed the divorce won't change anything on your or their PR statuses. 2- Minors don't need to meet the presence requirement for citizenship. You will be able to apply for you kid citizenship in the same time as you request yours.
