Thanks for the prompt response. My concern is about submitting the application now when PR card was expired 3 months ago. I waited till now to finish 2 years which I completed couple of weeks ago.

Thanks but on what basis do they report or don't report.. is there any procedure followed to evaluate whether I should be reported or not or it is completely based on luck? In worst case when they report.. what does this mean and what happens next?
