    i am in the same boat as you. e-cas in proces : medical results have been received --- since september. No PPR yet. don't know why. ordered Caips file, will receive in next 2 weeks. hopefully can find out the reason.

    My NOC is 0631. since early September my ecas updated "Medical results have been received". until now, No PPR. normally it takes 2-3 weeks after ecas been updated. I sent 3 emails to request status in last 2 and half month, None got replied. Anyone can share some ideas????

    in my case: my ecas updated "medical results have been received" in early Sep 2010. till now, No PPR yet. I have sent 3 emails to NY consulate, None of them get reply. So I ordered Caips file, hopefully I can receive it by end of Nov, or early Dec. Anybody, Any ideas?
