received PPR from NY office today, letter dated Dec 16, 2010. seems NY start to issue PPR, hope you guys receive it soon. maybe any day from now. god bless you!!!!

is this true that NY has used all quota for this year??????

i am in the same boat as you. e-cas in proces : medical results have been received --- since september. No PPR yet. don't know why. ordered Caips file, will receive in next 2 weeks. hopefully can find out the reason.

My NOC is 0631. since early September my ecas updated "Medical results have been received". until now, No PPR. normally it takes 2-3 weeks after ecas been updated. I sent 3 emails to request status in last 2 and half month, None got replied. Anyone can share some ideas????

in my case: my ecas updated "medical results have been received" in early Sep 2010. till now, No PPR yet. I have sent 3 emails to NY consulate, None of them get reply. So I ordered Caips file, hopefully I can receive it by end of Nov, or early Dec. Anybody, Any ideas?
