Hi KPJT, My Ecas status is still App Received as well. I will not received PPR as I'm from a exempt country. Looking at the timelines of Dec and Jan applicants, I expect to receive my COPR around mid December.

Don't worry. The process has slowed down in the last couple of months. My timelime is like yours. I believe ecas status will change to "In progress" when we receive the RPRF - My guess is that will happen sometime in November. Hang in there! R.
