How do I contact IRCC via phone to know the status of their application ? They completed their Biometrics last week on 27th, but its not updated anywhere on the linked application.

Can you apply for the passport on the same day after the ceremony at the passport office ?

My parents came to Canada on 1st July and their PR application was submitted around June 2nd. They don't have a US visa. Will they have to leave to get their biometrics ?

I had my test on 25th Jun, Decision Made on 27th and Invited for ceremony on 25th July.

My parents visited Canada on Supervisa last year. There is a UCI number on their VISA. I used the same UCI number for all the documents. Is that UCI number sufficient to track their application. Or do I have to do linking ?....I saw some posts talking about linking the application.
