I got PPR on Oct 1 and my docs arrived at Detroit on Oct 5th (sent them via Fedex so received directly) Got an email from Detroit this morning confirming that they are finalizing my application and will mail COPR within next few days :D

Yes i'm in Canada and a BC PNP nominee. File was sent directly to CPP-O in Feb from Sydney, NS.

I was a Feb applicant (see left side for timeline) and got PR on Oct 1st

UCI means Universal Client Identification. It's a unique ID number which CIC assigns to every applicant in order to track your application/immigration history etc. If this is your first time dealing with CIC they usually send your the UCI with your AOR.
