My parents had a medical this week. However, my father has a hearing issue. He uses hearing aid and even then his hearing is not that great. They will most likely call it a disability. Is it a ground for refusal of PR?

This does not ask for anything. But sometimes information is embedded in the guide. I just want to confirm to avoid any issue. They may ask for it in the future.

My sister is 22 years old. She is dependent on my parents financially as she is attending school. However, she does not meet the definition of 'dependent'. Should I add her in my undertaking. We are a family unit of 4. My parents 2. Total 6. Should I add her?

I am using the updates form. There is no mention of barcode for this form even in the guide.
